Simon Green and me madeTHIS ANIMATIONa couple of years ago when we were trying to get on that Rolph Harris' celebrity portraits T.V. program.
It's only 30 seconds long but we worked round the clock on it for about 2 or 3 days.
We wrote a really groveling letter saying how Rolph had been our hero since childhood with his T.V. classics such as 'Rolphs cartoon time' and 'Rolphs cartoon club' and how he had inspired us to grow up and become 'international artists'.

Then I borrowed my mums car and drove all the way to Birmingham and dropped off the DVD at a production company at about 3 O'clock in the morning.

Simon and me both agreed that it would just be a case of 'sitting back and waiting for the phone call' , and that 'Rolph would never let us down'.

Days weeks and months went past. Still no phone call. Until eventually we got a letter saying Rolph had knocked us back. Cheeky get.

Never mind, Rolph is still my hero.
